Easy Stovetop Directions
What You Need
2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
1 Tbsp. oil

What You Do
1. HEAT oil in a very large skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown.
2. ADD cooking sauce and 3/4 jar of water, used to rinse the jar. Partially cover, bring to a boil then reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. STIR in 2 large handfuls of baby spinach. Recover and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Enjoy with rice or pasta.
For food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Easy Slow Cooker Directions
2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)

¼ cup water
Baby spinach
1. Add chicken, cooking sauce and ¼ cup water used to rinse the jar to 6-qt. slow cooker. Stir to coat; cover. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
2. Stir in 2 large handfuls of baby spinach, re-cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Enjoy with rice or pasta.
For food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Easy Pressure Cooker Directions
2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
1 Tbsp. oil
Good & Gather Creamy Lemon Garlic Cooking Sauce
½ cup water
1. Heat oil in 6-qt. electric pressure cooker pot on sauté; add chicken. Sauté until surface of chicken is no longer pink. Add cooking sauce and ½ cup water used to rinse the jar.
2. Cover and lock lid closed, making sure steam valve is in seal position. Set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
3. Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully turn steam valve to vent position to release remaining pressure. Set to sauté and add 2 handfuls of baby spinach. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes or until wilted. Enjoy with rice or pasta.
